POSITION SUMMARY:
The Central 11U-19U Recreation Director, reporting to the Central Regional Technical Director, is pivotal in fostering a positive soccer culture for children. Responsible for implementing the CRYSC mission, the role involves coach and volunteer recruitment, player development, education, and evaluation. The Director oversees the 11U-19U recreational programs in the Central Region. JOB FUNCTIONS:
Communication/Customer Service
Uphold and demonstrate a consistently high standard of customer service in interactions with staff, members, and guests.
Ensure timely responses to all emails and voice messages, aiming for a 24-hour turnaround.
Maintain availability during office hours to address phone calls, assist office visitors, and support staff members.
Effectively communicate off-field aspects to coaches and parents through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and email.
Administration
Manage administrative responsibilities for the 11U-19U recreational programs, including player placement, coach recruitment, and team creation.
Demonstrate proficiency in various software platforms, including Playmetrics and Soccer.com.
Possess knowledge of the Rising Rapids and Competitive Program to coordinate training schedules.
Develop and distribute program updates and emails to keep stakeholders informed.
Attend all staff meetings and participate in discussions on Recreational Programs.
Operations
Implement the technical aspect of the 11U-19U Recreational program.
Develop age- and developmentally-appropriate curriculum for recreational teams, aligning with Rapids club-wide curriculum and methodology.
Provide education opportunities for staff, recruit and lead technical staff, including support and team coaches.
Organize and lead training, weekly communication, and oversee all in-season and off-season program components.
Support volunteer coaches with resources, coaching clinics, curriculum, in-person game-day assistance, and other tools to simplify their role.
Identify and promote players from the 11U-19U Recreation Program to join the Competitive programs.
Field Responsibilities
Ensure field readiness for the season's practices and games.
Support parent-volunteer coaches in training sessions and games, promoting the Rapids Way.
Act as a point of contact for coaches, parents, and referees, fostering a positive game-day experience.
Evaluate coaches to ensure the implementation of the Rapids Way across all events and teams.
Evaluate players to provide individualized support for their experience and development.

MARKERS OF SUCCESS:
Excellent Customer Service – Minimize inquiries from members regarding programming, game-day operations, practices, and prevent confusion among spectators at CRYSC events through quality pre-event communication and the presence of a knowledgeable Recreational Director.
Player Identification and Program Promotion – Appropriately recommend players for future programming based on a thorough understanding of their abilities and holistic considerations.
Coach Recruitment and Retention – Assign staff and volunteer coaches within the program, offering both technical and administrative support. Implement strategies to recruit and retain coaches to enhance the overall coaching experience.
Coaching Education – Provide seasonal coaching education and resources to volunteer coaches, ensuring alignment with the club's Player Development Plan (PDP). Promote and support the implementation of the PDP through ongoing education initiatives.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
Architect
Utilize the CRYSC belief system (Player Development Plan, Game Model, and Methodology) to guide the development of female players in the Rapids Player Pathway;
Develop a strategic approach to maximizing the club resources to elevate the Central Girls program to new competitive levels;
Support the utilization of the club belief system to evaluate players, coaches, and ancillary staff continually;
Support and implement the Player Development Plan (PDP) and coordinate with the Region Technical Director (RTD) for any unique needs of the Central Girls 11U-14U program and Tier III players;
Lead and support the implementation of a player recruitment plan;
Collaborate with the Central RTD with player recommendations (11U-12U) for the Elite Training Centers (ETC’s) and the ECRL South & North Staff and ECNL staff on player movements (13U+) across the player pathway;
Assist in the development and implementation of any education sessions as presented by the Rapids staff;
Serve as a key leader in creating a collaborative culture within the Central Region and staff coaches that results in player-centered environments.
Align
Collaborate with all Central region staff to coordinate the allocation of resources, facilities, and fields in the implementation of the Girls 11U-14U Program;
Support the Tier III Programming with player placement, coaching education, etc;
Support and collaborate with all Rapids programs and Directors across all regions to ensure a connection in the belief system, player development, player placement, and player pathway;
Support the implementation of the Individual Player Development (IDP) Plans with measurements of success for players and coaches in the Central 11U-14U Girls program;
Support the implementation of holistic club philosophy, curriculum, and methodology understanding;
Support the implementation of parent engagement and player education sessions for the Central 11U-14U Girls program;
Support the development of Central Girls program coaches by implementing the club’s coach evaluation process, including IDPs, written assessments, reflection interviews, feedback, specific recommendations for further development, and follow-up;
Support the development of a yearly planning calendar that includes in-season and off-season training, games schedules, showcase events, tryouts/kickarounds, camps, and any other special programming;
Work closely with the Central Competitive Administrator to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of 11U-14U Girls programs;
Work closely with the College Placement Program Director to assist with the college entrance, recruitment, and scholarship process;
Collaborate with the Central 8U-10U Director and Central 11U-14U Boys Director to create consistency, where applicable, across the programs.
Own
Support all staff in creating player-centered environments;
With the support of RTD, identify, hire, develop, and manage the Central 11U-14U girls coaching staff;
Develop a yearly workflow calendar of communication for parents, coaches, and players;
Forge positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to benefit the Central 11U-14U Girls;
Champion all club policies by ensuring best practices in areas such as safeguarding player health and safety;
Work autonomously to an agreed level and in the best interests of the Central Girls program and the Club;
Be visible to all internal and external stakeholders and support key staff when liaising with parents at critical moments;
Live the club values and champion the culture to help deliver Central strategic plans and the vision of the Region and the Club;
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with youth athletes across multiple ages and stages of development
USSF “B” License or Equivalent Industry Qualification
Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team working to support player development

Job Title: U3-U5 G&M Rec Program Director
Position Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Operations Director
Hours Per Week: 40+ hours per week, including weeknights and weekend responsibilities
Location: Denver, COABOUT THE POSITION
The U3-U5 Grasshopper and Munchkin Recreational Program Director reports to the Operations Director. This position manages all aspects of the U3–U5 recreational program. The focus of this position is to maintain high quality service, detailed communication, a yearly timelines and planning for the program to ensure the program is seamless and fun. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing volunteer coach recruitment, providing site coordinators, training plans, managing all communication, addressing nuanced program concerns, overseeing team formation, scheduling, overseeing field operations and logistics and being a central and positive representative for the program. Additionally, this position is responsible for running age specific camps and clinics. An important part of this job is managing retention between age group transitions. This position has high seasons and low seasons.
Field and Operational Responsibilities - 40%
● Oversees all functions pertaining to managing and operating the U3–U5 (G&M) Rec Program.
● Manages field equipment drop off and pick up at parks
● Manage player placement on teams
● Ensures each team has a volunteer coach and each coach completes a background checks, concussion training and SafeSport
● Provide coaches with practice plans.
● Hires and trains site coordinators at each park to do set up, clean up, keep programs running on time, assist with struggling coaches and ensure program safety.
● Track and orders G&M shirts and ribbons each season
● Manages park permits for G&M program
● Performs inventory checks for equipment specific to the G&M program
● This position has a strong presence at the field to cover when site coordinators call out or if there’s issues at a park that need Director level communication.
● Report any issues in a timely manner to the Operations Direct and Executive Director.Administrative Responsibilities - 60%
● Primary point of contact for all G&M coaches, site coordinators and parents.
● Plan all program communication, annual calendar of timelines and all admin duties like payments, registration, plans, and communication.
● Communicate with coaches and families regarding season information, deadlines, practice schedules and timely follow up with questions/inquiries.
● Responsible for all registration set up in PlayMetrics, set deadlines and works with Marketing to ensure G&M pages are up to date and accurate.
● Creates programming at our permitted parks Monday through Thursday and Saturday for Fall, Spring, and Summer season.
● Communicates to parents regarding timelines, next steps, team placement, practice information and overall season expectations. Conducts end of season surveys.
● Shares and educates the clubs policies, procedures and expectations for coaches, parents and site coordinators. Tracks site coordinators time for payment.
● Holds meetings to inform players and families of transition from U5 to U6 soccer.
● Phone call and emails are returned in 24hrs

Broomfield Soccer club serves approximately 5,000 players between Recreational, Junior Academy and Competitive. We are a club based in Broomfield, CO serving the local communities of North of Denver.
We are currently seeking coaches that are qualified and excited to work within our club environment. Opportunities are available within our Junior Academy Program. The Junior Academy is the pre competitive program for our U9 and U10 players.
All coaches will need to have:
Completed Safesport training and all necessary background checks
Concussion training
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous playing and/or coaching experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly training sessions
Manage all aspects of a team as Head Coach - this includes practice planning, league games, tournaments etc.
Conduct player evaluations
Communication with club and respective DOC
Regular communication with parents and players. Answer emails in a timely manner
Develop a positive relationship with players and parents

Team Coaches instruct our higher level teams in CSA leagues. Focus on the development of the individual players & team using age appropriate training methods in conjunction with the Skyline Player Development Plan. The Head of Youth Developments primary purpose at United SC will be to coach two 7v7 teams and will be responsible for coaching and developing our younger age group coaches. Inspiring, motivating and working with players when required and managing parents is instrumental. The ability to recognize and solve problems within the assigned area of responsibilities and using sound decision-making skills will be required. Management and organizational skills that will make soccer fun enjoyable and impactful is part of the club’s culture.

Job Functions:
Work to create an environment where every child within your team feels valued, irrespective of the playing level that they may possess. Work to support the development and enjoyment of your players in a structured manner in line with the values and philosophical statement of player development that the club represents. Use the data and analytics from preseason and postseason surveys along with the GRADE feedback during the season to support each player’s development.

Position Summary:
The USYS Business Development Associate, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, will be responsible for developing critical relationships at the youth, college, and local commercial markets to help USYS grow and succeed in attracting the best players to play within our system.
A primary function will be to identify and contact non-affiliated USYS leagues, clubs and teams to promote the opportunities that playing within our system provides. Working with USYS National League staff and respective State Associations, this position will identify potential targets in each State and develop a sales strategy to best position USYS for future consideration.
In addition, this position will be responsible for developing relationships with college and university soccer departments throughout the country to best position USYS players within the recruiting matrix and strongly encourage their coaches to attend USYS events.
The final area of focus for the USYS Business Development Associate will be to identify potential local commercial partners for our Championship and Showcase Events and create sales strategies to sell local partnership packages. This individual will reach out to make contact and develop relationships with the appropriate personnel, often with other USYS and respective State Association staff.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop critical relationships across the competition, collegiate and local corporate communities to drive new business and support across USYS and its State Associations.
Develop sales plans, presentations, proposals and other supporting material to pursue teams, clubs & leagues, college coaches and commercial partners.
Create relationships with the appropriate staff and other decision makers to drive the business development process.
Create relationships with USYS staff, State Associations, and soccer stakeholders to create a holistic strategic plan for overall business development.
Establish budget and financial projections for partnership platforms and related costs.

Qualifications:
